Marcus joined Iress in 2022, and brings over 25 years’ experience building, leading and managing teams in the financial services and technology sectors.
He was the founding CEO of Property Exchange Australia (PEXA) which he led for more than nine years. Prior to this, Marcus held senior positions with NAB, the Boston Consulting Group, Certane Group and previously served as Chief Executive and Executive Director of both Equifax and Dun & Bradstreet, and as a Director of Credit Clear Limited from November 2020 until November 2022..
Cameron joined Iress in 2023 with over 25 years’ experience leading finance operations both in Australia and around the world. Most recently, he was at Pendal Group where he spent 15 years as its Chief Financial Officer building out its global business. Prior to this he served as CFO & Company Secretary for Clairvest Group in Canada, as well as holding senior finance roles at Franklin Templeton and CIBC World Markets in Canada and UBS in London.
Harry leads Iress' APAC Wealth and UK Wealth & Sourcing businesses in addition to Iress' Superannuation business. He joined Iress in 2023 and has held a number of senior leadership roles, most recently as Group Executive for APAC & the UK. He has significant leadership experience in the wealth management and financial technology industries, including executive and non-executive roles at Recreo Financial. Prior to this he was CEO of Mine Super. He also held executive roles at Commonwealth Financial Planning, Colonial First State and Bank of Scotland.
Ana joined Iress in 2018 to lead several global initiatives, before before becoming the inaugural Chief of Staff / Head of CEO Office in 2020. Prior to joining Iress Ana was a management consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton (now Strategy&) and a number of specialised consultancies. She ran one of Australia’s largest organic coffee brand, and served as a founding member of Commonwealth Bank’s Women in Focus program.
Geoff leads Iress' trading and market data business. He has held a number of senior leadership roles at Iress since joining in 2022, most recently overseeing its South Africa and Canada divisions. Prior to joining Iress, he held senior leadership positions at MLC and National Australia Bank, including Group Executive of Advice and General Manager of Sales, as well as Managing Director of Bank of New Zealand’s Investments & Insurance division.
Kelli leads Iress’ APAC Wealth business. She has been at Iress since 2015, working directly with advice professionals to realise efficiency gains and best practice use of technology to deliver advice. Prior to joining Iress, Kelli worked across the financial planning industry spectrum, from private practice and at scale with global organisations such as BT / Westpac.
Kelly joined Iress in 2017 and oversees a global team spanning external and internal communication, brand, digital marketing, lead generation, product marketing and product training.
Kelly has close to 20 years' experience in marketing and communications, including holding senior roles at Westpac and National Australia Bank.
Justin joined Iress in 2023 and has responsibility for assisting the CEO in managing Iress’ corporate functions. He has significant experience in financial services and technology, having held senior roles in legal, governance, compliance, government relations, transformation, regulatory affairs, corporate affairs and communications. Prior to joining Iress, Mr Schmitt held senior legal roles with Westpac, National Australia Bank, PEXA and Certane.
Julia oversees all aspects of our strategic and operational HR activities, including people development, training and recruitment. Julia joined Iress in 2000 and has previously worked for BT and Vertex.
Chris joined Iress in June 2023 to help uplift Iress' delivery capability. Chris brings a diverse set of skills and experience to Iress. Prior to joining Iress Chris was a Senior Technology Manager at Accenture. He has extensive management consulting, technology delivery, innovation, transformation and sales experience in financial services, logistics, telecommunications, sports and media.Chris is certified conflict trainer and coach and has been a professional sports official with the AFL for 20 years.
Charissa joined Iress in 2021 and is responsible for risk management and compliance across the Group. She has significant banking and financial services experience, having held senior roles in legal, risk, compliance, M&A and industry affairs. Prior to Iress, Charissa spent eight years with Westpac and began her career in legal practice.Charissa holds degrees in Law (Hons.) and International Studies from Flinders University, has completed postgraduate studies in Finance and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Sam leads Iress' superannuation business. He joined Iress in 2024 with more than 25 years’ experience in superannuation, investments, wealth and insurance, leading teams across product, advice, operations and technical services. He joined Iress from Insignia Financial, where he was the General Manager of Master Trust & Insurance Products. Prior to this he held senior positions at MLC Wealth, Colonial First State and Zurich Financial Services.
Andrew has more than 30 years' experience in capital markets, wealth management and information technology and joined Iress in 2019.
We created Iress Impact in 2017 to give our people and our business a simple way to focus our charitable activities on areas where we can have the greatest impact.
