“Since introducing Xplan we’ve added video conferencing, Microsoft 365 and Iress Client Portal. This all coincided with a major refurb of our offices during which time everyone worked from home for three months - which turned out to be a good rehearsal for the coronavirus.
When lockdown happened, we were adamant that it shouldn't cause any disruption to our service. Clients were after reassurance. We didn't want to defer important conversations or reviews. Understandably some of our private clients were nervous about using new technology, but after seeing how the Client Portal enables secure and efficient online communication, they were reassured. And the time saved means we can do what we do best - help clients. Particularly at the moment, it's important we are constantly investigating new ways we can use Xplan to enhance our clients' experience and communication between us.”
